OMAHA–LINCOLN · CASH RECOVERY AUDIT
Sivil Consults provides Cash Recovery Audits for Omaha–Lincoln companies with roughly $10M–$250M in annual revenue. Start with a free 48-hour scan of one read-only export covering 12 months of payables. The clock starts when the agreed export is received, not when you enquire. Sivil serves companies anywhere; current outbound focus is Omaha–Lincoln.
No account, payment, or financial file is needed to enquire. An enquiry alone does not start a scan, audit, or recovery.

THE FULL 30-DAY AUDIT FIVE CHECKS
If separately agreed, the full 30-day Cash Recovery Audit checks duplicate vendor payments, unapplied vendor credits, utility and telecom overcharges, freight overcharges, and unused software. The audit documents its findings; recoveries are not guaranteed.
Review vendor-payment history for duplicate payments and credits left unapplied.
Compare utility and telecom bills across locations for overcharges.
Check freight invoices against agreed carrier rates and charges.
Review software spend for licenses and subscriptions that are not being used.
A broad common estimate places duplicate or erroneous payments around 0.1%–0.5% of vendor spend. It is not a company-specific prediction or a promised recovery.
LOCAL FIT OMAHA–LINCOLN, NEBRASKA
The service is focused on Omaha–Lincoln companies with roughly $10M–$250M in annual revenue. Sivil serves companies anywhere, while outbound prospecting is focused on Omaha–Lincoln. The production-energy angle is specific to Nebraska.
Duplicate payables plus production energy that may qualify for Nebraska’s Form 13E sales-tax exemption. Eligibility and any claim go through a CPA partner.
Restaurant groups, dealer groups, dental groups, and travel centers: utility and telecom billing reviewed across locations.
Freight overcharges, duplicate subcontractor payments, and unreleased retainage.
Software-spend reviews: a fit for companies with 50–500 employees.
Referral partners: Sivil Consults welcomes conversations with local CPA firms and fractional CFOs. The proposed share is 10%–15% of Sivil Consults’ fee for clients they refer; no referral partnership is represented as signed.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT SEPARATE STEPS
The sequence is enquiry, confidentiality agreement, one agreed read-only export, the free scan, then a separately agreed full audit. An enquiry alone starts no scan, audit, or recovery.
Send your name, business email, company, and a short message. No account, payment, export, or financial document is needed.
A confidentiality agreement must be signed before any data is reviewed. The public form does not collect financial files.
After the agreement, the scan uses one read-only export of 12 months of payables. The 48-hour period begins only after that agreed export is received. The scan does not require a paid audit engagement.
A full audit is not automatic. If separately agreed, it checks all five areas and provides a documented findings report in 30 days.
IF A FULL AUDIT IS SEPARATELY AGREED POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL RECORDS
The request may include these records. Do not send them through this public form; the process is discussed after an enquiry and confidentiality agreement.
REVIEW METHODS
DOCUMENTED FINDINGS THEN A CLIENT-LED CHOICE
After review, Sivil can file vendor-credit requests and software cancellations for the client, or coach the client’s team through them. Recoveries can take weeks; utility tax refunds can take months.
MANUFACTURING ENERGY NEBRASKA FORM 13E EXAMPLE
Production energy may qualify for Nebraska’s sales-tax exemption under Form 13E. Eligibility and any claim go through a CPA partner. The supplied meter example, subject to CPA review, considers whether more than 50% of a meter’s energy is used in production; offices, warehouses, and cold storage are excluded, while food freezing counts as production.
This is not a tax determination; no eligibility, exemption, or refund is promised.
FEE & GUARANTEE FULL AUDIT TERMS
The full 30-day audit fee is 35% of money recovered. It is due as each recovery is documented and the related credits or refunds land. No fee applies to eliminated recurring costs or to potential savings that are only identified.
For the first two clients only, the fee is 25% in exchange for a case study. If the audit does not find at least $25,000, the client owes nothing and keeps the report. $25,000 is the guarantee threshold, not a predicted recovery.
Optional post-audit monthly monitoring is $1,500–$3,000 per month. A full audit or monitoring arrangement is documented separately before work begins.
The free scan and full audit are separate engagements. Only documented money recovered triggers the success fee; eliminated recurring costs and identified potential savings are excluded.
START WITH A SIMPLE ENQUIRY NO ACCOUNT · NO PAYMENT
Enquiry does not guarantee a scan, a full audit, or a recovery. Please do not include or upload payables exports or other financial documents here.
Before an export is reviewed, a confidentiality agreement is signed. Review data is read-only, encrypted, and deleted when the review is complete.
